An international facilitator and former executive, Jonathan has an extensive background in building and equipping teams for success. During his journey into leadership, Jonathan had to face his own short comings as a leader and do the difficult inner work necessary to overcome them. His relationship to what leadership is – and is not, helped him redefine and reframe what it means to authentically inspire others, transforms culture and expand results.
As his teams flourished, Jonathan witnessed the essential role that bringing heart and soul into our vocational lives plays in supporting team wellness, maximizing our levels of joy and satisfaction, as well as, driving best in class results for our organizations.
His passion and belief in the power of transformational work to maximize human potential soared, and after a decade of designing and facilitating transformational retreats for individuals and organizations, he founded the Iron & Fire Leadership Institute to expand this work and support the courageous individuals who seek to undertake the work necessary to become agents and guides for better workplaces and better world.
He holds a degree with concentrations in Depth Psychology and the Masculine Soul and a certificate in Applied Somatics and Jungian Psychology.
