Program Overview

This certificate builds on the work done in the heart of leadership and is designed for leaders who are continuing to go deeper into the leadership journey. Designed to lean into the driving forces of the human experience, participants will be invited to explore the deeper realms of fear, shame, guilt, and mistrust within self, teams and their organizations to better understand how they impact our daily lives and the culture of our organizational communities. 

Building upon this foundation, we will explore the interconnected dynamics of inferiority, role confusion, and isolation. By addressing these areas of development, we’ll deepen the leader’s sense of identity, re-align integrity, and grow the leaders’ ability for genuine connection and leadership presence.

This program takes the leader beyond simple skills and strategies to a deeper more expansive understanding of inner growth within self and others. This will shift the leader’s focus from managing behaviors and thoughts to the underlying energetic motivations of individuals and teams.

The Inspirational Leader

Program Overview

This module is designed for leaders who have already embarked on their self-development journey and possess a strong understanding of their individual and interpersonal identity. 

This training delves into the deeper challenges of leadership, addressing stagnation, and feelings of despair that all leaders face.  This training will cultivate deeper resilience and an integrated sense of self in relationship with despair and stagnation while charting the dead-end road map of resistance to such. Through this process, leaders will be willing to take on bigger issues, projects and missions with a willingness to face roadblocks, failure and despair along the way.

This training guides leaders to rediscover their inner drive, connect with their core values, and lead with renewed enthusiasm and inspiration to foster a culture of growth, resilience, and authentic leadership within their teams and organizations.

  • Normalize Stagnation and Despair: Participants will recognize stagnation and despair as inherent aspects of the leadership journey, reducing stigma and shame around these experiences.
